Penguin Books Front Cover Competition- Official Papercut Design
This was a papercut design I did for my entry to 'Penguin Books Front Cover Competition in 2021', for the book: 'Diary Of A Young Naturalist' by Dara McAnulty. I chose this book due to my heavy love for nature and all animals! Mother nature is a huge part of me and my personal hobbies and so, it was great to do this project representing a Naturalist's book. I made sure that all my products during this project were eco-friendly and recyclable from scraps at my local art shops and workshops. I looed at varied mediums and designs with this project to simply explore and learn positioning and representation.
